Join us on 9th July 2026, to learn more about how creative writing can help to support your wellbeing.

Join us to get to learn how creative writing can help support your mental health and wellbeing. During this webinar, we will help you to understand the place creative writing has in the toolbox of strategies to support wellbeing, and you can even take part in a very short exercise to help you explore an experience from your own life, turning it into a short creative piece.

Your speaker will be Bobbie Allen - published writer and experienced practitioner.
