About this event
Working in conjunction with NHS England and Improvement, the Patient Experience Network (PEN) are delighted to announce our next series of 'Using Insight for Improvement' Virtual Workshops!
These are a series of online sessions where we plan to bring some of the excitement and best practice from this year's Patient Experience Network National Awards (PENNA) to even more people!
Over each half day session we will be hearing from several of the PENNA 20-21 Winners and Finalists who have used feedback and insight to drive improvement in healthcare to showcase their work. We will also be hearing the latest news from the Insight & Feedback Team, and we will have the opportunity to network and discuss key themes arising from the presentations. Each event is focused on sharing what is working well, learning from each other and having the opportunity to discuss your own challenges with like-minded professionals.
Speakers presenting at this virtual workshop will be:
- DNACPR Quality Improvement Project, Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust
- Working Together to implement an Environmentally Sustainable Solution, Nutricia
- Patient Experience Real Time Feedback, Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust
- Modernising Medication Management in a Prison Setting, Serco Justice & Immigration
- Working Together to initiate change to Improve Patient’s Experience, Nutricia
- Virtual Youth Involvement Group – Communicating Effectively and Providing Opportunities for Young People, University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust
- Improving Inpatient stays – Patient Movement, Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust
These virtual events will be of interest for people who are responsible for improving patient experience or managing measurement or insight, particularly in provider organisations or local commissioning.
