We are taking our successful “Know How” series to the Bay Area!

Joins us for our third tech lunch hosted at the Expedia offices in San Francisco. In our third session we will be focusing on our experience using Kotlin as our new programming language for the booking app. We will be looking at some of the basics of Kotlin in app development including (aided by lunch and general networking!):

• A brief overview of Kotlin
• Features of Kotlin
• The reasons we chose Kotlin and its advantages over Java
• Overview of an app developed using Kotlin

The presentation will be by two of our leads developing the Expedia Booking app – Malcolm Nguyen and Deepanshu Madan.
