<h2>A﻿TTENDANCE IS FREE</h2>The talk will cover: 1. Using single board computers (Raspberry Pi) as very economic sensor gateways with a highly adaptable range of end sensors available from the online market.2. Over the Air - Data backhaul using Bluetooth and / or WiFi Mesh as efficient methods to remove data in &#x27;difficult&#x27; metal and machinery environments. 3. Fast and cheap deployment using Solar Mesh Relays and / or Battery Cell powered solutions. 4. Combining sensor data (eg vibration / acceleration) with PLC control system data produces richer data sets and analysis opportunities.5. Web based reporting tools allow for wide distribution of data.6. Backend cloud services such as Cumulocity by Software AG allow for enterprise level data availability and analytics.7. Data pathways 7.1. Condition Monitoring data from sensors and PLC and sensor + PLC combinations. 7.2. Predictive Maintenance algorithms can run to constantly review the data and predict when the assets are not running within normal or optimal conditions, and also can help make decisions on what is not normal but operationally satisfactory, compared to not normal and potentially destructive using Feature Extraction, Discord Detection and Anomaly identification. 7.3. Long Term Asset change. This can be measured in dynamic assets using Power Spectrum Density vibration cumulative analysis over longer periods of time to reflect overall Asset Health. 8 Conclusions
