In this session we will consider the concepts of self-care, mindfulness, and creativity. We will discuss why these concepts are useful for your work (and life). We will share practices that you can explore to support wellbeing, to (re)connect yourself and others to their creative self and develop ideas.

Jennifer is a multi-disciplinary leader with over 10 years’ work experience in roles focused on innovation management, business process development, learning and programme delivery. Motivated by supporting people and organisations to realise their potential, she has led and supported transformation and social change initiatives within the public, private and international development sectors. A yoga practitioner with a growing interest in spirituality, developing intuition and creative living.
Yesim Kunter is a recognized play expert and a creative strategist understanding behaviour of people to create new experiences and define new opportunities.
