About this event

If you’re working to improve life for people and communities in Scotland, come and learn more about how you can use the international human rights framework to strengthen your campaigns and advocacy work.

Housing, freedom from discrimination, privacy and family life: these, and more, are human rights protected by international law.

The Scottish Human Rights Commission (SHRC) is Scotland’s Human Rights Watchdog, also known as a National Human Rights Institution. We promote and protect human rights in Scotland and support international human rights monitoring.

Between September and November we’re hosting a series of webinars and a workshop to help people in Scotland and Civil Society learn more about the international human rights framework, and discuss how to use it effectively to protect rights in Scotland.

Join us to find out how you can use human rights to demand action in Scotland and in your local communities.
