UXBristol brings together leading practitioners across a range of design and technology-related disciplines.

About this event

After a Covid-induced hiatus, UXBristol returns to the MShed for its twelfth year. Once again it brings together leading practitioners across a range of design and technology-related disciplines.

This friendly and inclusive conference will offer hands-on workshops and aims to bring people together to both share their knowledge and expertise and learn from others. We pleased to annouce that we have the following workshops confirmed:

  • James Reece - Discovery: the most important phase of design
  • Amy McGuinness & Claire Barrett - Designing for distraction
  • Alicia Grimes - Purpose-led design: How purpose can help us navigate uncertainty
  • Hannah Smith - How can UX impact planetary sustainability?
  • Andy Parker - Tell me more about that: How to go deeper in your interviews
  • Andy Ingle - Improve your communications (and build better relationships!) with stakeholders, colleagues and clients
  • Will Scott - Making Research Decisions
  • Kathryn Davies - Measuring Success
  • Carl Collins - Maps, Perspective, Etc.
  • Noah Abbott & Ant Johnson - Digital Ethics
  • Katia Serralheiro - Habits of highly effective UX teams
  • Cory Hughes - Hard to reach? Reimagining design through radical inclusion.

UXBristol is aimed at all levels, from aspiring students to those who want to broaden their professional knowledge to experienced practitioners.
