Breathwork Transformation can feel like a rebirthing — a remembering of who you are beneath the layers, stories, and old emotional imprints. Through the powerful union of conscious breath and mindfulness, you are invited to soften, open, release, and reconnect with the deepest essence of self-love.
This is an experience of coming home.
Of meeting yourself with compassion.
Of allowing love to move through you — not as something you seek outside, but as something you embody.
In this guided journey, you may release stored emotions, dissolve energetic blockages, and access expanded states of awareness that can bring clarity, peace, and profound insight. Many experience waves of love, unity, emotional release, and deep connection — to themselves, to others, and to life itself.

✨ Your Guide — Juliette Noske
Juliette Noske is a deeply experienced Breathwork facilitator who has guided countless individuals on their paths of healing, self-discovery, and transformation. With nearly 20 years of dedicated inner exploration, her journey weaves together yoga, pranayama, and multiple forms of circular breathing.
Through her own embodied practice, Juliette has experienced the full spectrum of breath-led states — from ecstatic, heart-opening bliss to the release of deeply held trauma. These lived experiences have shaped her intuitive, compassionate approach and her profound understanding of breath as a tool for healing, empowerment, and reconnection to life’s fullest potential.
You are held with safety, presence, and care throughout the journey.

Breathwork Transformation is amongst the most powerful Breathing & Mindfulness techniques you may ever experience. This is a similar method to Rebirthing or Holotropic Breathwork. It is a therapeutic breathing practice that can change your state of consciousness, help you to release stress, let go of negative emotions, and provide you with a feeling of peace, love, and euphoria.
Just lay down, close your eyes, and follow the guidance of Juliette Noske.
Please note: This is not a classic meditation session – Breathwork Transformation involves a powerful breathing technique that will trigger an altered state of consciousness leading you into positive change – if you have any questions reach out to: hello@juliettenoske.com
Breathwork may trigger powerful physical and emotional responses. Therefore, it is recommended that you talk to your doctor before practicing breathwork if you have, or have a history of: cardiovascular disease (any issues heart-related), high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, recent injury or surgery, history of panic attacks, severe mental illness, seizure disorders, family history of aneurysms, and asthma (and make sure you have your inhaler next to you during the session). Pregnant women or breastfeeding women should also consult with their doctor.
Please Bring:
- A journal & pen.
- A yoga mat, blanket, cushion, eye mask.

Contraindications
Breathwork has contraindications because of its strong activation of the nervous system and gland (endocrine system) and intense physical and emotional experience. With some health conditions, we need to be attentive when practicing breathwork. However, with other health conditions, it is better not to get into the practice before your conditions have improved.
To be on the safe side, always let your facilitator know of your health conditions and the medication you are taking so he can be more mindful of your physiological and mental state and give you better support during your journey!
Health conditions that are safe to practice Breathwork with, yet bring them up with your facilitator anyway:
- Pregnancy – (let us know of your stage)
- Asthma – mild or medium (bring your inhalator!)
- High blood pressure
- History of surgery or physical injury
- Thyroid condition
- Diabetes – (bring your glucose)
- History of seizure
- PTSD
- Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychiatric condition
- Actively using recreational drugs or medication that alters brain chemistry – painkillers, anti-depressants, anti-anxiety, stimulants, hallucinogens, etc.
- Recent surgery or recent physical injury – (depends, advice with your therapist
Contraindications that are not safe to practice Breathwork with:
- Cardiovascular disease (angina, previous heart attacks, or strokes)
- Detached retina
- Glaucoma
- Aneurysm in brain or abdomen
- Kidney disease
- Severe Asthma
- Epilepsy
- Any other medical, physical or psychiatric condition which would impair or affect the ability to involve in deep physical and emotional release. – (depends, communicate with your therapist)
