Thoughtfully curated and designed to be enjoyed together, the menu showcases bold Japanese-inspired flavours with a modern edge. Begin with delicate starters such as sea bass ceviche with yuzu and ginger, crisp Japanese rice cakes with avocado tartare, and a refined duck salad with mango and maple-lime dressing.Mains are crafted to impress, featuring red prawn, coconut and tamarind broth, dry-aged sirloin steak with gochujang and nori tempura, and caramelised miso & sake aubergine finished with macadamia. Desserts offer a final indulgence, from a rich chocolate & caramel tart with pistachio and sugared rose petals to yoghurt and vanilla with spiced pear and apple compote.
