How to raise confident, kind and resilient children while staying mentally healthy yourself!

Being a good parent or carer isn't easy. There is nobody more important in a child's life, but it can be stressful and exhausting, and can create tension and conflict in the household. It is often mentally and emotionally draining.Moreover we tend to forget how important it is to look after ourselves as well as our children.AI and high tech are changing the world with ever-increasing speed, presenting all kinds of challenges to parents and carers, and creating barriers and dangerous areas of vulnerability for our children.In this series of interactive workshops, we will suggest practical ways to balance discipline and love, set healthy boundaries, introduce you to some simple yet powerful tools to raise happy and balanced children, and above all show you how to stay patient, loving and mentally healthy even when the pressure is at its worst!You are invited to join these free 90-minute workshops: there is one more workshop around Respect in August, then two around Love in September. These will be followed by a final "Living Values in Action" workshop in October which will bring together all the learning and insights from the previous months.Feel free to attend on your own or reserve a place for a friend, partner or family member as well. Organisers and Facilitators: the workshops are facilitated by <a href="https://www.livingvalues.net/" title="https://www.livingvalues.net/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Living Values Education</a>, which for almost 30 years has been running successful values-based educational programmes for children, young people, teachers and parents and carers in over 40 countries around the world. In collaboration with (and in celebration of ) <a href="https://www.worldvaluesday.com/" title="https://www.worldvaluesday.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">World Values Day 2025</a> they are now offering these workshops free to parents and carers around the world in an accessible online format.
