Yes. There will be food vans on-site, offering a variety of options.
Please note: food is available to purchase at an additional cost. Food Vans will be serving food up until 11pm.

Is there disabled access?

Yes. The venue spans two floors and is equipped with a stair lift to ensure accessibility. Disabled guests can park in car park C and enter the venue through the back for a smaller walk to the venue.

Yes. Guests can use Car Park A at The Hop Farm. Blue badge holders may use Car Park C.

I’m planning to book a taxi home — what should I do?

If you are planning to travel home by taxi, we advise booking your taxi in advance to ensure a smooth pick-up at the end of the evening.

Guests are responsible for arranging their own transport.

Lighting and Special Effects

Our event will include atmospheric lighting and special effects to enhance the immersive experience.
This includes:
• Haze machines (producing a light smoke effect) both upstairs and downstairs
• Spotlights and moving lighting effects

Photos and Videos

A professional photographer will be roaming throughout the event. Photos will be shared with guests.
Photos and videos will be used for, but not limited to, creating content for Fae-Ball Events’ social media and marketing. Both the photographer and photo booth are included in your ticket price.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Although this is a masquerade ball, wearing a mask is entirely optional. You are welcome to wear one and fully embrace the mystery, or simply attend and embrace your natural charm.

Is there a place to take a breather?

Yes. The downstairs area will be designed to be more relaxed, with seating available. There is also an outdoor garden area with seating.

Is there a smoking area?

Yes. There will be a designated smoking area outside, with ashtrays provided.

How does the 15% off fangs discount work?

If you would like your custom fangs ready for the Vampire Ball, your order must be placed no later than 3rd September 2026.
If you are ordering fangs but not specifically for the ball, your 15% discount will expire on 31st October 2026.

How do I use my 15% discount on fangs?

To use your 15% discount, please contact FantasyFangsUK directly via Instagram or email fantasyfangsuk@gmail.com.
The final order date for fangs to be ready in time for the Vampire Ball is 03/09/2026.
The 15% discount will only be applied with proof of ticket purchase and is valid for one-time use.

Are event tickets refundable?

No. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
If the event sells out, we may offer to resell your ticket on your behalf, upon request.

What type of music will there be?

We are planning to cater to a wide range of music tastes. There will be:
