Overview

Vanta Immersive Breathwork: stripped-back, sensory-rich sessions using breath, sound & headphones to reconnect with what’s real.

Vanta Immersive Breathwork with Mazz and Lucy .

A sensory-rich journey into the body, breath, and truth.

Open to all over 18- Medical contraindications apply - See below.

This is not a relaxation class. Vanta is a potent, immersive breathwork experience designed to help you release, reset, and reconnect. Using conscious connected breath, headphones, essential oils, and optional Reiki, we create a stripped-back, sensory container for emotional release and nervous system recalibration.

What Makes It Immersive

  • Headphones: A curated, cinematic playlist delivered directly to your ears with no distractions
  • Essential oils: Used within the session to support emotional access, grounding, and sensory presence
  • Reiki (optional): Gentle energy work may be offered to support emotional release and energetic integration

This is a space of radical permission. You may cry, shake, laugh, go still. All of you is welcome.

What to Expect

  • Arrival: You will set up your space with a mat, pillow, blanket, and water. The room is low-lit and held with care
  • Opening: We begin with intention-setting and a demonstration of the breath technique
  • Breath journey: 60 minutes of guided breath with music, scent, and optional touch. You may feel tingles, heat, emotion, or memory surfacing
  • Integration: After the breath, you will rest in stillness. There may be journaling, sharing, or simply space to land

Contraindications IMPORTANT

This style of breathwork is intense and not suitable for everyone. Please avoid or consult your doctor if you:

  • Are pregnant, especially in the first trimester
  • Have epilepsy, seizures, or a history of fainting
  • Live with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or untreated PTSD
  • Have cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, or recent surgery
  • Are prone to retinal detachment or glaucoma
  • Have a history of stroke or aneurysm
  • Are currently using heavy psychiatric medication or substances
  • Experience dissociation or panic attacks that are destabilizing or unmanaged
  • Have a history of complex trauma and are not currently in a supportive therapeutic container

If in doubt, reach out. Modified breathwork may be available.

What to Wear and Bring

  • A pillow for under your knees or head
  • A blanket to stay warm during integration
  • A water bottle
  • A journal (optional)
