VEGAN Food Walking Tour

Actions and Detail Panel

A walking tour of independent eateries. Sampling vegan food while learning about the history and culture of Liverpool.

About this event

In my Liverpool home ...

Beatroute is Liverpool's first vegan food walking tour. Introducing you to a variety of delicious food, from passionate independent eateries.

Think of our tours like visiting a friend in the city, taking you to all their favourite places. Led by a local vegan tour guide, you will sample some of Liverpool's best vegan food.

Join us on a culinary tour of Liverpool. We will even throw in some history and culture along the way.

Come together ...

We never over-book our tours, the numbers are small to keep the group friendly and intimate.

Do I need to actually be Vegan?

Not at all, whether you are omnivore, vegetarian, vegan or anything in-between, you will be warmly welcomed onto the tour - all we ask is that you have an open mind when it comes to trying new and exciting food!

What's included on the tour?

  • All the food is included in the price
  • You'll be treated to at least 6 different tasters
  • All taste-buds covered with a mixture of savoury and sweet
  • An abundance of local history and local music sites

Unless otherwise stated, drinks are extra. However water is available at most of the stops. Any food or drinks you wish to purchase for yourself is not included.

If you have an allergy or disability please let us know when you book. We'll do our best to tailor your tour to meet your needs.

Ticket sales end 1 day before tour date.

What precautions are you taking against Covid-19?

We take your health and our own very seriously. We always carry vegan hand sanitiser and adhere to Government guidelines. We only visit reputable local independent businesses who also follow these guidelines. Our customers are expected to follow them too.

By their nature, our tours are small groups and will be a maximum of 6 people including the guide. Please contact us if you would prefer a private tour or if you have any concerns or questions.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Our tour starts at Lime Street Station, and is therefore well served by trains and buses. We recommend you use public transport however there are plenty of car parks in the city centre.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

As every child is different, consideration should be given as to whether your child would enjoy a tour of this type. If they will enjoy hearing about the history of Liverpool, it's architecture, artistic and musical heritage and can walk a couple of miles (with stops!) then they would be more than welcome! Please note, there is no reduction in ticket price.

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

email us at

What's the refund policy?

We understand that things happen and plans may need to change, please contact us if you require a refund or to reschedule. Please note the refund will be the ticket price minus Eventbrite fees.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, we'll have a record of your booking and we love saving trees!
