This will be a day to network and empower each other.
 There will be an opportunity to:

<LI>Re-vitalize your body to its maximum function.</LI>
<LI>Get Free Health Checks</LI>
</UL>
 
Entry is free but a £2.00 donation on the day to support our charity would be welcomed. Snack and drinks will be on sale.  There will also be an opportunity to visit the variety of stalls available on the day.
An optional 30 minutes Body Detox will also be available on the day at a discounted rate.
