Vietnamese Lantern Decorating Workshop – Stewkley

Step away from the rush of everyday life and enjoy a relaxed, hands-on creative experience in this intimate Vietnamese Lantern Decorating Workshop, held in a cosy garden studio in Stewkley.

During this 1.5–2 hour workshop, you’ll be gently guided step-by-step to create your own beautiful Vietnamese lantern using a bamboo frame, carefully selected fabrics, tassels, and ribbon. No prior experience is needed — this workshop is designed for complete beginners as well as anyone who simply enjoys making things.

This is a small-group workshop (maximum 6 people), allowing plenty of time, support, and space to enjoy the process at your own pace. The focus is on slowing down, enjoying creativity, and embracing the joy of making — not perfection.

Price: £35 per person

All materials are included, and you’ll leave with a finished lantern to take home and enjoy. Tea, coffee, and biscuits are also provided, making this a warm, welcoming creative escape.
