Do I need to bring a yoga mat?

Mats, blocks and straps will be provided. However, feel free to bring your own mat and/or props should you prefer.

What are the facilities like at Fit East London?

Fit East London is a local community gym (not a flashy gym chain) where the toilet functions as the changing room. Please bear this in mind and come dressed ready to stretch to avoid queues. Unfortunately, there are no showers at Fit East London.

What should I do if I am running late?

We kindly ask you to arrive 5-10 min early as we need to close the door to the studio at the beginning of each class. Early arrivers are welcome to help themselves to fresh herbal tea as they settle in. Please inform one of the instructors as soon as possible if you are running late.

What if I don't want to be adjusted?

We understand that physical touch is not for everyone – please just let both instructors know at the beginning of each class if you’d prefer not to be adjusted.
