Vinyasa Yoga

MY STORYYoga started off as just another physical activity but quickly turned into a passion and a lifestyle. I found deep healing in the meditative flow and breath work as it gave me the power to recalibrate and center my mind in a world full of noise and stress. If I needed to be pushed, it was there. If needed to be nurtured, it was there. If I needed a mirror to help reflect and objectively observe the way I approach the challenges in everyday life, it was there and always available to me. <H2>YOGA IS FOR EVERYONE</H2>
Whether you’re coming to yoga as a beginner or an experienced yogi there’s a place on your mat for you. The beautiful thing about yoga is that you only need two things to practice; the desire to change and the belief that you can. As I challenge my students through Vinyasa Flow: a creative blend of conscious breath and movements using proper alignment, I fuse together traditional yogi philosophy such as the art of letting go and detaching from the outcome. 
The idea is based on the belief system that an okay instructor will tell you how to move your body, a good one will help you connect to it, but a great instructor can shift your paradigm.
