Each guest journey is approx. 1 hour, with timed group entries every 20 minutes.

Each time slot is made up of a group of 20 lovely community members! It’s an intimate vibe so you can soak it all in.. no rush, no crowds,  just good times.

Can I be in the same group as my friends?

Yep! Just make sure you book your tickets for the same time slot. If you don’t manage to grab the same one, don’t worry, it’s the perfect place to meet new pals who love Lucy & Yak as much as you do.

Yes, there will be a VIP shop area with access to ultra-rare and early-release items. Some items may be limited edition and only available at the event.

What sizes will you have available?

Due to the exclusivity of the You & Yak collection, stock is limited and expected to go quickly,  especially during the earlier time slots. We’ll have sizes 4–32 available, and everything will be offered on a first come, first served basis. To help keep things fair, purchases are limited to 2 items

How do I enter the competition?

Every person that purchases a ticket will be automatically entered into our competition where you could win a London hotel stay the night before the event (for 2 people, Thursday 10th July), £150 spending money, and pieces from our Limited Edition collection. Terms and conditions apply.

Is the event accessible?

The event is fully accessible, there is an accessible toilet and everything is on the ground floor and step free. We also have stickers available on arrival to let our staff know if you would like to left to browse alone.

Is it cash only or card?

Just like our stores, the event is totally cashless  so make sure to bring a card or have your phone ready for contactless payments if you wish to buy anything. Easy peasy!

Can I bring my pet?

As much as we love your furry friends, pets aren’t allowed at the event,  unless they’re registered support animals.

There’s no cloakroom on-site, so please travel light and keep your belongings with you during your visit.

You can Copeland Park just over the road from Peckham Rye Station, in the heart of Peckham’s creative area. The main pedestrian entrance is at 133 Rye Lane, SE15 4ST.

For the cyclists amongst you, Copeland Park does have a number of cycle racks. Please bring your own lock to lock your bike nearby the venue.

I've seen I can bring an item for customisation, what would be best for that?

Non stretch works best, however as the embroidery is small it will still work well on t-shirts, etc.  Denim or twill works best, something with a flat surface that we can fit it on an embroidery hoop that is at least 7cm by 5cm
