About this class

One of the main reasons startups fail to scale is because we put a lot of effort and money into targeting the wrong type of customer. We get traction and we think, 'that's it' - product-market fit has been achieved and now its time to invest all our effort in marketing.

We generate lots of interest and leads but fail to convert into sales. More often than not, we haven't quite nailed who are product or service is specifically for. It's time to re-evaluate who we think our customer niche is and how we are going to reach them.

This is an entry-level class, but you should ideally come with a project or a business idea you’re ready to work on so that you can build your own customer development strategy as you go through the masterclass.

About the Instructor
Ben Keene has built and run startups for 15 years (including Tribewanted, Rebel Book Club & Escape the City) - he is currently leading the Escape School - helping people escape jobs they don't like and start businesses and new careers.
