<h1>About this safeguarding workshop</h1>
Funded by Camden’s Safeguarding Children Partnership (CSCP), this virtual safeguarding update has been developed in response to the challenges faced over the last 18 months by Covid-19 and the pandemic.
Suitable for those working with organisations or groups delivering services, both directly and indirectly to children, young people and their families in Camden; this session is free to all those who live or work in Camden.
Who Should Take This Course?
Senior staff, management, current volunteers or workers of all levels looking to refresh safeguarding training not had in the last 2 years.
This session is suitable for those who have attended safeguarding training previously and is in line with current recommended guidance.
The training will cover the following:
• Safeguarding Challenges faced by Covid-19 and the pandemic.
• Awareness of current issues / Understanding emerging forms of abuse.
• Assessing need in the community: the importance of non-statutory services
• Safeguarding in practice / Early Help &amp; Support.
Please note: All attendees will be asked to complete a short assessment after training.

Due to our funding, this training is only open to organisations based in Camden that are delivering services to under 18’s. If you are NOT a Camden based organisation and / or are not providing services to under 18’s, please get in touch to discuss <a href="https://www.tfaforms.com/4696915" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">your requirements in more detail</a>.
