<h2>Showcase Event // Final Projects 👩‍🎓</h2><h3>Join us on Thursday 9th September 2021 where our students will live stream their group projects.</h3><p>Ever wondered what you could achieve in 24 weeks? Our students go from having zero to little knowledge of coding, and in this timeframe learn how to make fully fledged web applications. Come along and see what they&#x27;ve built, and chat to our staff and students.</p><h3>Project details TBC</h3><h2>Schedule ⏰</h2><p>The approximate timetable for the event is as follows:</p><p><strong>18:30-18:35: </strong>Event starts </p><p><strong>18:35-19:15: </strong>All teams have 10 minutes to present their work and have 5 mins for Questions and answers from the audience.</p><p><strong>19:15-20:00: </strong>Class awards, final remarks, close.</p><h2>Joining the event 📅</h2><p>We will send a link to the event a day before the event.</p><h2>What is our Software Engineering Course like?</h2><p>Our students have ended their 24-week <a href="https://www.manchestercodes.com/software-engineer-fasttrack" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Software Engineering course</a> and will put to work some of the skills they have acquired over the duration of the course. During the showcase they will demonstrate their skills and use a number of different technologies and techniques:</p><ul><li>JavaScript</li><li>HTML, CSS,SASS</li><li>ExpressJS</li><li>MySQL</li><li>Docker</li><li>React </li><li>Node.JS</li><li>Servers, APIs</li><li>TDD</li><li>and much more</li></ul><p></p>
