Come and join me and a team of like-minded people as we work together to crush your sobriety goals.If you’re looking to change your relationship with alcohol, take a break from the booze or even go sober full time but unsure where to start, then this is the perfect course for you. Once you’re in, you will be added to a private Facebook group with your fellow masterclass attendees. This is your crew! We will all keep each other motivated, connected, supported and inspired throughout the month together, as well as having some fun along the way.Throughout the course of the month, I will personally host a weekly interactive zoom call. I will provide you with practical hints and tips to help you ditch the booze, useful information about what alcohol is and why we are drawn into drinking it and we also cover how to harness the power of the mind. This key will help to pull you forward into a life of sobriety, health and freedom. During week 3, I will introduce a mystery sober guest speaker to the zoom call (oooh!)! We discuss how to deal with social situations whilst on your sober journey and provide advice on reshaping your relationships once alcohol has been removed. Don’t worry if you can’t make it to every call, all the sessions are recorded and shared in the group for you to watch back when you’re free to catch up!There will also be some spontaneous lives on the Facebook group during the month when I feel like injecting the group with some additional energy or sharing some words of wisdom that you mind find useful.I make a point of keeping the tone fun and engaging, focussing on looking forwards not backwards. There is so much value packed into this course, and I cannot wait to get started with you all. Access to Facebook and Zoom are critical to ensure you can fully engage in the group. Note - If you have a history of heavy alcohol use, I advise contacting your GP before cutting out alcohol as you could be at risk of AWD (Alcohol withdrawal delirium).MATT (@better_life_guy)
