SCIBC at Heriot-Watt University

<p>Remain active and boost up your immune system by practicing Tai Chi with Master Liming Yue as a part of our Chinese New Year celebrations. This online class is a great opening of the Chinese festive season and it will introduce Tai Chi moves inspired by Tiger which is part of Five Animal Frolics, a wellbeing exercise originated in Western Jin Dynasty (265-316). During the class, participants can practise Tiger moves to welcome the year of Tiger. The class is sponsored by the Scottish Confucius institute for Business and Communication, so it is free to everyone - although you still need to book your tickets. We will send you the join link upon booking. </p>
