This workshop offers a meaningful opportunity to step away from the rush, breathe and intentionally design the year ahead.

This workshop is all about good vibes, creativity, reflection, and connection. Participants will create their own vision boards, enjoy a supportive circle, and set clear intentions for the year ahead. It’s the perfect blend of fun + personal growth.

The session will be facilitated by Dr. Rebecca Adeyeye — Business Mentor, Author, Coach, TEDx Speaker & Forbes Award Winner, bringing energy, expertise, and encouragement to the room.

Participants will gain:

✨ Simple strategies for confidence, growth & manifestation

This workshop is designed to uplift the Bromley community and set everyone up for a purposeful year — with fun, creativity, and shared inspiration at the centre.

About Dr Rebecca Adeyeye

Dr Rebecca Oluwayemisi Adeyeye has contributed immensely to the healthcare, education, and community development sectors. As the Cofounder of Lifefount Hospital, a leading cancer care and endoscopy service provider , an award-winning international business mentor ,a dedicated coach, a dynamic public speaker, a management consultant and the published author of ‘Entrepreneurship is a beautiful thing’, a management guidebook for business owners who seeks business growth and work-life balance, she has dedicated her career to transforming lives. Through Lifefount Foundation, she has empowered over 200 women and youths with digital and entrepreneurial skills, championing excellence and innovation across Africa and beyond. Her NGO, Lifefount foundation has also screened over 2,000 women with breast ultrasounds and mammograms, providing free breast cancer screenings.

Her Lifefount Foundation project STEMSTEPS received IVLP Impact Awards of the U.S. Department of States to boost her impact work. Dr Rebecca Oluwayemisi Adeyeye is a graduate of Rebel Business School London and a mentor for many global and regional organisations like United Nations Women, Tony Elumelu Foundation and FCMB. She is a member of the board of governors of Kemnal Technical College London, a TEDx Speaker who has graced many international stages including two time speaking engagement at the Dubai Leadership Summit UAE and King’s College London.

She served as an EDC ambassador for the Cherie Blair Foundation, executive of NECA’s Network Of Entrepreneurial Women (NNEW), and the pioneer president of the Alumnae of Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE), a White House led global prosperity initiative. Dr Rebecca Adeyeye has been featured on many platforms including BBC, The Meridian, BusinessDayNg, Fidelity Bank Show and Inspiration FM.
