Visitor Information Session
Everything you need to know to start planning your visits to the centre when it opens later this year.
Visitor Information Session
We’d love you to join us for a special Visitor Information Session at ICC Wales, where we’ll share all the information you'll need to plan your visits to the centre later this year. We'll be talking about sessions, pricing, facilities, logistics and more. Please book a ticket for each person you want to bring along.
This will be a relaxed and informative session, giving you the chance to hear directly from the team, ask questions, and feel part of the journey.
We’ll talk through progress on site, what the centre will mean for disabled children and young people, and how our community continues to play a vital role in bringing this vision to life. You will also hear from Irwin Mitchell about legal services they can provide, and have the chance to ask them questions or book in a free one-to-one consultation.
You are welcome to bring children who will be happy to sit through a presentation. The venue is fully accessible, with a Changing Places toilet and an adjoining breakout sensory room available throughout the session for anyone who may need a quieter space.
Car parking can be pre-booked in advance or paid for on the day of your visit. Please see charges below:
0 – 1 hour Complimentary
1 – 5 hour £7
Parking charges apply to blue badge holders.
This is the first of three planned sessions, with additional events taking place online, in Bristol and Gloucestershire, so more people can join the conversation closer to home.
This event is sponsored by Irwin Mitchell. As long -term and founding partners of Gympanzees, Irwin Mitchell is a full‑service law firm dedicated to helping families access specialist legal support and guidance.
We will be filming on the day. You will be able to opt out of being featured in footage on the day if you want to.
