<p>This interactive workshop, which leads to an accreditation, examines some of the challenges faced by both customers and staff with visual impairments. You will have the opportunity to experience some of these first hand, in a controlled setting, learn about the most common conditions and their impacts, and identify possible options to make our services more accessible to all. Open to all grades and departments.</p>
