Welcome to Vitality Movement. If you're curious enough to have a peek, then I hope you'll be interested in giving us a go.

We're not a conventional fitness class, but instead a games session for women that want to have fun, get fit and build friendships.

Our session include a mixture of: ✨️ Team Games ✨️ Play Stations (think circuits but with a hola-hoop instead of a kettle bell!) ✨️ Mini-Challenges ✨️NO JUDGEMENT✨️

✨️NO EXPECTATION✨️

What to wear: The sessions will involve running, skipping, jumping etc. so wear clothing that is supportive as well as easy to move around in. Training shoes or similar will be adequate footwear (although some games may be better barefoot!)

Our inaugural session on January 15th is free of charge! The sessions are strictly for women over the age of 18 only.
