 Ladies only. Come and join a room of women and take part in a 1 hour coaching workshop to help you improve confidence, self worth and clarity. 
Notebook and pen recommended. 
This event is part of Andover Rocks 2026, a 3 day festival of music, performances and workshops at multiple venues across Andover between 27th - 29th March 2026.
This festival is dedicated to supporting adult mental health through the transformative power of music and creativity. 
Free to attend, Donations are welcome at the venue should you wish and will fund further workshops in the community supporting mental health locally.
