Voicebath At The Dojo

Sound Healing event at The Dojo - Come join us for a healing Voicebath and start the new year feeling grounded, present and renewed.

Come join us for a special sound healing event, Sunday the 11th of January at 2:30pm at The Dojo space in Kensal Rise, hosted by qualified sound healer Athena Sofianou.

This Voicebath will be focused on the art of letting go and shedding our old self and everything that does not serve us anymore, giving us the opportunity to start this new year fresh and without anything weighting us down.

Prepare for a full hour of deep grounding sounds, breathwork and guided meditation, all packed into an unforgettable sonic journey. Crystal bowls, singing bowls, biosonic tuning forks, portable gong plates, shamanic drumming, vocal sound scapes, vocal improvisation, harmonies and layering, mantra chanting, loopers, sitar drones and so much more to experience on the day !
