J﻿oin us for a launch event for the Voicing Silence installation to learn more about this project and the idea behind it.

University of Salford, New Adelphi

Lou Chapelle’s artwork Voicing Silence responds to extinction and loss of biodiversity through engagement and co-production with Global Majority groups taking part in creative workshops. The double holographic video installation is presented within a structure inspired by a Thai village house, a place of shelter and protection for spirits of those who inhibited the land before us.J﻿oin us on Monday 20th March at 4pm for a launch event, where you can meet the artist and find out all about the Voicing Silence project.T﻿he event will take place in the New Adelphi building - see number 9 on the <a href="https://www.salford.ac.uk/sites/default/files/2023-01/UOS-campusMap-20220901.pdf" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">campus map</a>.R﻿efreshments will be provided.T﻿he installation will be open to the public in the New Adelphi foyer on the following days:M﻿onday 20th March: 2-6pmT﻿uesday 21st March: 11am-5pmW﻿ednesday 22nd March: 11am-6pmY﻿ou can view more of Lou Chapelle&#x27;s work on <a href="http://www.louchapelle.com/work/voicing-silence/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">her website</a>.
