Waldridge Shared Table - Middle Eastern Summer Feast

Join us for an evening of great food, good company, and exceptional local produce. This special dining experience will feature a carefully crafted menu celebrating seasonal ingredients, prepared with care, creativity, and attention to detail.

The menu will be designed and cooked by Tania Cashman and Katie O'Hara, who will showcase the best of the season through a selection of thoughtfully prepared dishes. Guests can look forward to a memorable meal that highlights quality ingredients and flavour-led cooking.

To Start

Summer artichoke and broad bean salad with a vibrant saffron dressing.

The Main

Middle Eastern grilled chicken on a bed of bulgur wheat scattered with fresh pomegranates.

Vegetarian option: Grilled Halloumi.

To Share

Whipped feta dip, rich and creamy.

New potatoes, tossed with fresh summer herbs.

Houriya – spicy Middle Eastern carrot dip.

Olive and parsley salad – bright and zesty.

Beetroot with pomegranate molasses.

Roasted squash with tahini.

Warm soft pillows of khobz – a traditional Lebanese flatbread.

To Finish

Meringue and rose cake with summer berries, served with a delicious Middle Eastern syrup.

Hot drinks will also be available.

Sweet Surprise

Rhubarb and Rose Spritz – a mini cocktail of homemade pink rhubarb syrup, gin and prosecco, finished with a fresh rhubarb sliver.

Non-alcoholic option available, made with rhubarb syrup and crisp tonic or soda.
