The distance is 5 miles along a flat and accessible route from Maggie's Swansea to the Mumbles Cricket Club, where food and drink will be available for participants, family and friends and entertainment will be available to children.

Registration is £10 for adults (free for under 14’s and dogs!) to help us cover the cost of the event, and we encourage individuals to try and raise £150 and families to raise £300, through sponsorship or fundraising.

All participants will receive a free Maggie's t-shirt.

Full support on setting an online giving page up will be given by our fundraisers and sponsor forms and fundraising packs will also be available.
All fundraising supports Maggie’s Swansea.

Organized by

Maggie’s provides free practical, emotional and social support to people with cancer and their family and friends, following the ideas about cancer care originally laid out by Maggie Keswick Jencks.

Built in the grounds of NHS cancer hospitals, Maggie's centres are places with professional staff on hand to offer the support people need.

Our centres are places to find practical advice about benefits and eating well; places where qualified experts provide emotional support; places to meet other people; places where you can simply sit quietly with a cup of tea.

The first Maggie’s opened in Edinburgh in 1996 and since then Maggie’s has continued to grow, with 26 centres at major NHS cancer hospitals in the UK and abroad.
