Walk It Out

Walk It Out

YHA South DownsBeddingham, England
Sunday, Feb 22 from 10 am to 5 pm GMT
Overview

A curated 1-day adventure for women to explore what’s unfolding in their worlds with playfulness and hope

Great you're interested in coming along!

👋 Hi I'm Katherine.

I'm the second in from the right in the above cover photo.

If we've not met before, welcome!

I'm the Founder of Unfold Wildly, and I'm on a mission to help people harness the power of moving in nature to improve their lives and work.

A bit about me

  • I'm a qualified Walk Leader with Mountain Training
  • I've facilitated experiences for groups for 15+ years
  • I'm passionate about working intentionally as we move in nature
  • So less 'going for a nice walk' but more spontaneous than coaching
  • I specialise in helping women build skills and confidence in the outdoors

What we'll get up to on Walk It Out

  • Spend time getting to know each other
  • Walk c. 10-12km through lowland terrain
  • Intentional activities to explore what's on our minds
  • Sharing and listening circles
  • Nature-connection practices
  • Some playful fun too!

This isn't a normal group walk where a leader just points you in the right direction.

But a curated space for you to explore what's happening in your world while walking in nature with others.

You'll walk away...

  • Energised from getting 10,000+ steps done in the great outdoors
  • Connected to your inner voice, like-minded women and Mother Nature
  • Feeling creative and hopeful about what you're working with
  • With greater clarity and insight on your needs / action you want to take next

This is for women who...

  • Need dedicated time for themselves, but struggle to make it happen
  • Feel stuck and the usual efforts to unstick aren't working
  • Do a lot on their own and would like support in community / from nature
  • Navigating something hard / demanding and need restoration
