ABOUT THE CLASS
Join us for gentle, guided, mindful walks through the woods. We'll slow down, tune into our senses, and really notice the world around us. Think of it as a mini-retreat for your mind and body!
This walk with outdoor leader, Amanda Wagstaffe, will start at 10am and take approx. 1 hour. Walk with us for physical health, but also to improve your mental wellbeing and meet other like-minded people.

- 4th March - Ferrycroft Woods to Ord Hill or Lairg Dam - meet at the Ferrycroft Centre
- 11th March - Laundry Road loop - meet at Main Street Car Park (by EV chargers)
- 18th March - Falls of Shin - meet in the car park
- 25th March - Ferrycroft Woods to Ord Hill or Lairg Dam - meet at the Ferrycroft Centre
What's it all about?

- Gentle movement: Enjoy a leisurely walk that's suitable for all fitness levels. No need to be an athlete – just come as you are!
- Connect with others: Share this peaceful experience with like-minded people in a supportive and welcoming environment.
