About this event

Meeting at Theydon Bois tube station(central line) we'll make our way to the Oak Trail of Epping forest. The full trail takes 4-5 hours and we'll aim to do the whole thing, ending at The Bull Pub Garden for refreshments!

This Walk & Talk is not a fitness event. It is a Create & Connect event about re-centreing and coming back to the simplicity of overcoming a challenge and enjoying the Win as a group!

You'll be guided by Lotte Ruth Johnson, Life & Career Coach, who will keep you motivated and moving!

Lotte is a walking enthisast and encourages clients to utilise the energy of the great outdoors as a tool for success and wellbeing.

If you feel like this length of walk is too challenging, you have the option to do part of the trail and turn back to then meet up with the group at the end. We will go at a slow, comfortable pace so the whole group stays together and can enjoy conversation at the same time.

Lotte will encourage connection by offering conversation prompts and uplifting topics for conversation.
