Walk This Way to blow off the cobwebs and kick it up a notch with a run around Barrow’s beautiful park! Led by two of Barrow Forward’s instructors, you are sure to get the heart pumping and the serotonin flowing! This event is for everyone, no matter your pace you are more than welcome. Run, jog, walk over a 5k route on tarmac paths.
