Walk~Flow

Come and join us for a walk on the last Thursday of every month. Whether you freelance, run a business from home, are thinking of starting a business or just want to walk with others. There is absolutely no pressure to talk and you can bring your headphones, we won't be offended! It's about being outdoors with others and moving our bodies.

<LI>Meet outside The Borough, 3-5 Dalton Square, Lancaster</LI>

We'll join Lancaster Canal at the White Cross Pub walking towards the Water Witch. From there we'll join Dallas Road and go across to Quay Meadow. This will lead us along to the Quay and from there we'll make our way back through town to The Borough where we invite you all to join us for a festive lunch or drink if you're short of time.
** FOOTWEAR - COMFORTABLE SHOES SHOULD BE SUFFICIENT **
If you're up for leading the 4th walk let us know. All walks will generally be across the Lancaster district including Morecambe, Heysham and Carnforth.
This event is a collaboration between Anna Bell, Matthew Brown and Dan Knowles freelancers working locally. We look forward to meeting you!
There's no cost to come along to the walk but we have added the option for you to make a donation to the <A HREF="http://www.northlancscounselling.org.uk/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">North Lancashire Counselling Service</A> who provide free/low cost counselling to all those looking for support.
