You are invited to a half day of mindfulnes. We will practice returning to the basic practices of walking meditation, sitting meditation and deep relaxation. Formal practice will end at 1:30 and some people will stay for lunch and tea. (Bring your lunch, we supply great coffee and tea.)


Aim to arrive for 10:25 so that we may start together. We will walk outdoors, please wear shoes suitable for a garden walk.

If you like to use a meditation cushion or stool, bring what you need. Chairs are provided.

Bring a blanket and/or yoga mat for laying down deep relaxation.
