Join me for a creative 2-hour ring making workshop exploring the art of wax carving!

In this hands-on session, you’ll design and hand-carve your own bespoke ring from jewellers’ wax. Your wax ring will then be professionally cast in sterling silver, finished and polished after the workshop, and sent to you.

This workshop is a chance to slow down, get creative, and connect with friends and fellow makers while creating a meaningful piece of jewellery you’ll treasure for years to come.

All materials and tools are provided, including carving tools, jewellers’ wax, and plenty of design inspiration to spark your ideas. No experience is needed! This workshop is suitable for complete beginners.

The Workshop Includes

• Drawing materials and design cards
• Mood boards and examples in both wax and metal
• All tools and materials, including tube wax, wax files, carving tools, sandpaper, sanding sticks, and fine-point engraving tools
• Step-by-step wax carving guidance, including written instructions
• One-to-one support throughout the session
• Your completed wax ring professionally cast in sterling silver
  
  Your finished silver ring will be posted to your home address approximately 2 weeks after the workshop, with the option to collect in person.

Cost Breakdown

Workshop fee: £50

(Covers the 2-hour guided workshop, tools, materials, and tuition)

Sterling silver casting, finishing & polishing: £80

(Includes professional casting and finishing of your ring)

Total cost: £130

Payment Options

You can choose one of two options:

Option 1: Pay in full

• Pay £130 upfront to cover both the workshop and silver casting.

Option 2: Split payment

• Pay £50 to secure your workshop place
• Pay the remaining £80 casting fee at the end of the workshop, once your wax ring is complete
  

Casting costs are based on a standard silver ring. Significant increases in size or weight may incur an additional cost, which will be discussed during the workshop.

Cancellation Policy

• Full refunds are available if you give at least 72 hours’ notice before the workshop.
• Refunds after this time may not be possible, but please do contact me if you have extenuating circumstances and I will do my best to accommodate.
