Love for your self is sometimes a real challenge. But I’ve come to realise it’s the daily promise we keep to ourselves to care for your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. It requires courage to become open with even the darkest parts of ourselves. The parts that are difficult to face.
Women’s Circles are a space in which we come together to hold space for each other. Our are pure share; simply a way to share our human stories and become comfort sharing the peaceful silences between.
Wild Words is an opportunity to self-coach; we feel beyond the conscious and the critical, revealing deeper-held truths of who we are and what we truly want for ourselves. You do not need to be a ‘writer’, just someone who knows there’s more to uncover. Like therapy, without the therapist.
