This year represents a significant milestone for WBS as it celebrates its 50th Anniversary. Join us on Tuesday 9 May to hear Sally Clark (CIA at Barclays Internal Audit) discuss Enterprise Leadership, developing next generation leaders through reverse mentoring and other techniques.
Sponsorship and reverse mentoring are some of the latest key buzzwords. Sally will talk around this theme sharing some of the ways in which organisations like Barclays are currently adopting these strategies to support internal leadership development. Sally will also share her personal experiences of the people that have supported her in a journey that currently places her as a leader within her field.
