We All Need Care

For two years Heart n Soul at The Hub has been an experimental research project at Wellcome Collection, led by people with and without learning disabilities and autistic people.Inspired by the life experiences of the people leading our project, who are often the ones under a research microscope, we did research together in new and different ways.Now, we turn the microscope back onto ourselves and share what we learnt. We hope it will help other people and projects to create space for true collaboration, whatever they are interested in.

Heart n Soul at The Hub

Join us to discuss what we value (and need) when it comes to care and step outside your traditional roles as a carer, patient or 'client'. 

Our project challenges the usual roles of carer and &#x27;client&#x27; and brings together people with and without learning disabilities and autistic people to spend time together as human beings.We&#x27;ll be screening two short films about relationships and caring before we run creative sessions and have our own conversations about care.
