Learn to weave using a cardboard frame loom! Chose from a selection of donated yarns to create your own unique design to take away with you!Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, this workshop is sure to inspire your creativity and expand your skills. Lets get creative!Tea, coffee and biscuits provided. When: Wednesday 8th April 2026,1-3pmWhere: Johnstone Textile Space, 36 Houstoun Court, Johnstone, PA5 8DL This workshop is part of our Gather &amp; Grow workshop series. For the month of April, we are celebrating Spring by coming together and getting creative!Our aim is to promote sustainability through using donated and scrap materials, learn practical upcycling skills, and encouraging more conscious choices around textiles and making.Workshops in Gather &amp; Grow will include:<ul><li>Spinning</li><li>Zine Making</li><li>Flower Dye Bomb Making</li><li>Fabric Collage</li><li>Weaving</li><li>Felting</li></ul>Gather &amp; Grow will end with a Spring Makers Market on Saturday 25th April - put it in your diary! Local artists and makers will be sellign their beautiful creations.
