Join us for this joint WebEx with NHS England and a global leader in the field of patient experience improvement, <A HREF="https://theberylinstitute.site-ym.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Beryl Institute</A> to:

<LI>explore the similarities and differences in patient experience practice within the U.S. and the English health system</LI>
<LI>consider the successes and challenges of  both health systems      </LI>
</UL>
The discussion will be led by Dr. Neil Churchill, Director of Experience, Participation &amp; Equalities from NHS England, and  Julia Holding, Head of Patient Experience from NHS Improvement. It will be delivered in partnership with  Jason A. Wolf, PhD, CPXP, President of The Beryl Institute.
