<h1>Gweminar: Cynllun Preswylio’n Sefydlog i Ddinasyddion yr UE</h1><h3>Helpu dinasyddion yr UE, yr Ardal Economaidd Ewropeaidd a'r Swistir i sicrhau eu hawliau i aros yn y DU</h3>Bydd angen i ddinasyddion yr UE, yr Ardal Economaidd Ewropeaidd a'r Swistir sydd am aros yn y DU wneud cais i Gynllun Preswylio’n Sefydlog i Ddinasyddion yr UE (EUSS) erbyn 30 Mehefin 2021. Mae Llywodraeth Cymru yn gweithio gyda nifer o mudiadau yng Nghymru i gynnig cyngor a chymorth am ddim i unrhyw ddinasyddion yn yr UE, yr Ardal Economaidd Ewropeaidd a'r Swistir sy'n byw yng Nghymru, er mwyn lleddfu pryderon ynghylch gwneud cais a helpu i chwalu rhai mythau am y broses.Bydd Newfields Law a TGP Cymru yn darparu gweminar ar 2 Mawrth ar gyfer mudiadau gwirfoddol, y bydd llawer ohonynt yn gweithio gyda dinasyddion bregus yr UE nad ydynt efallai wedi gwneud cais i'r cynllun eto. Bydd y gweminar yn ymdrin â manylion allweddol yr EUSS a'r broses ymgeisio, a bydd yn darparu gwybodaeth am sut y gallwch gyfeirio dinasyddion yr UE at y cymorth sydd fwyaf perthnasol i'w hanghenion penodol.Mae'r dyddiad cau ar gyfer gwneud cais yn prysur agosáu ac mae cyrraedd pobl a grwpiau sy'n agored i niwed wedi dod yn fwy heriol byth oherwydd pandemig Covid-19, felly byddem yn annog eich sefydliad i fynychu'r gweminar hwn i gael gwybod sut y gallwch helpu pobl sydd angen cymorth gyda'u cais EUSS. The Welsh Government is working with a number of organisations in Wales to offer free advice and support for any EU, EEA and Swiss citizen living in Wales, to ease concerns about applying and to help bust some myths about the process.Newfields Law and TGP Cymru will be delivering a webinar on 2nd March for voluntary organisations, many of whom will work with vulnerable EU citizens who may not have applied to the scheme yet. The webinar will cover the key details of the EUSS and the application process, and it will provide information about how you can signpost and refer EU citizens to the support that’s most relevant to their specific needs.The application deadline is fast approaching and reaching vulnerable people and groups has become even more challenging due to the Covid-19 pandemic, therefore we’d encourage your organisation to attend this webinar to find out how you can help people who need support with their EUSS application.
