Webinar helping Parago users utilise the power behind the new Workflow Module

We at Parago want to encourage you to stay engaged with your system to make the most of it. That&#x27;s why we&#x27;re running free webinars, to give you a refresher of our solution, learn some new techniques and answer any questions you may have. Parago Software’s new module Workflow takes the well-known Form and Report functionality of Incident Manager and takes it to a new level. We have listened to customer feedback, as well as the ever-changing needs of the education sector and developed a module to help in the management of processes requiring defined workflows. Workflow allows an organisation, be it a school or Trust, to create custom forms with a breadth of question types, from free text to file uploads, and embed them into multi-step, multi-stage Reports. Whether these workflows are simple holiday requests to more complex permits to work, the system directs the next stage to the right person for completion of forms designed for that point in the process. The system also allows you to raise tickets in the Helpdesk module (if part of your subscription) and bring other teams into the process. We have also greatly enhanced the accessibility to Parago by enabling these workflows to the entire Parago system, from school Parago users to Portal users and even MSAM administrators. This means that you are no longer restricted to directing forms to those who are Parago administrators but can now direct them to any person using Parago. Workflows can traverse from a teacher to someone in HR in the schools and then up to the Trust and back down. Notifications have also been added allowing others to be kept in the loop of processes going on. Finally, we have improved the tracking of ongoing process. Both in Incident and Workflow a user can access and see forms available to complete, forms awaiting their action, forms they have completed and finally those that they have completed and have been accepted for final report closure. Examples of uses for Workflow: HR Onboarding Permits to work including Hot Works Holiday Requests Requests for Information (e.g. Gathering information from your Heads of Departments, Headteachers) Staff Exit Processes Expense Forms with Receipt Uploads Overtime Sheets Contractor Submissions (e.g. Right to Work, RAMS, DBS, Photos, Work Schedules and Evidence, Financial Submissions) Audit information requests
