Join me for my weekday wellbeing session designed to help you pause, reflect and reset through simple strategies.

We’ll start with a 45-minute mindfulness walk in nature, giving you the space to unwind, breathe deeply and connect with like-minded people.

Afterwards, we’ll gather for a 45-minute group coaching session, where we’ll dive into practical ways to prioritise your wellbeing - even on the craziest of days.
