National Trust for Scotland volunteers play an essential part in the work we do. Join the Countryside Team and meet some of our regular volunteers at this weekend opportunity to help out on Threave Nature Reserve, home of our innovative Landscape Restoration Project.
You will be part of a team carrying out physical work outdoors, so please wear suitable waterproof, warm clothing and stout footwear - bring steel-toe capped boots and work gloves if you have them. You will also need snacks and a drink.
Suitable for 16 years and older.
Meet at the Information Point at Threave Nature Reserve car park (off A75 roundabout outside Castle Douglas, follow signs for Threave Castle).
We sometimes have to cancel activities due to adverse weather. Notice of cancellation will be made by email to the address you have registered with Eventbrite as soon as possible before the start time.
All enquiries please email ThreaveNature@nts.org.uk
