Weekend Wellbeing Workshop- Junk Journalling (FREE)
Prioritise your mental health, learn how to junk journal and create a journal from recycled materials to capture the best year yet.
Temporarily emerge from winter hibernation to join us for a wholesome crafty morning.
Re-purpose old books into journals for the year ahead and learn how to record memories through Junk Journalling!
Lets make 2026 the best year yet!
Whether you are a self proclaimed artist or call yourself uncreative, this event is for everyone.
This is a great activity to do as a solo date so please don't worry if you have no one to come with! Just bring yourself.
The day is centred around prioritising mental well-being, taking intentional time away from screens and doing something fun!
Our aim is to create a serene craft space that allows worries to be put aside, to focus on the present moment.
We will show you the power of junk journalling, and ignite creativity in turning old beautiful books, into a powerful store of memories.
The beauty of junk journaling is that there is no right way to do it, and mess is encouraged!
We will craft covers for our journals using old fabric, beeds, magazines, lace and more.
With plenty of hot drinks, cakes and snacks available! (vegan and dairy free options included)
This project is supported by Creative Black Country as part of Arts Council England’s Creative People and Places National Portfolio programme.
We can't wait to meet you!
If there is anything we can do to alleviate anxiety, or create a better experience for you, please get in contact via lily@wildearthmovement.com
This is a free event, but spaces are limited so if you can no longer attend. please do let us know so that others can!
