Beginner-friendly Boxercise: fun, supportive mix of boxing drills, fitness circuits and combos that boost energy, confidence and fitness.
Work entirely at your own pace in this high-energy, stress-busting 45-minute class. You’ll rotate through shadowboxing, core circuits, pad work and punchbag rounds — all tailored so you can go light or go hard. Taught by a qualified boxing coach, mobility specialist and personal trainer, it’s a safe, fun way to switch off, move your body and feel great.
